At ValEquity Construction, we strive to exceed our customers expectations by providing quality workmanship in a professional manner at a reasonable and fair price. We pride ourselves in being customer-oriented; offering options to best suit our customers wants, needs, and budget.

ValEquity Construction was formed in early 2013 by Roger Valentine and his father, Nick. The Valentine family has worked in the construction industry for more than four generations primarily in residential and commercial masonry.

After general contracting his own custom home in 2011, Roger was encouraged to help others achieve the home of their dreams. Roger's brother, Brian, joined the team in 2014.

Roger and Brian began by flipping houses, but soon moved onto finishing basements, then bathrooms and kitchens. Finally, they began to tackle larger and more complicated projects such as additions and whole house renovations. Today, ValEquity offers a full-service home remodeling service that begins with the initial consultation, design of the project, and managing the construction phase to completion. The company is certified chimney sweeps and home inspectors with licenses in general construction and remodeling.
